We only collect what you choose to send us. That can include your name, business name, phone number, delivery city and the product details you enquire about. Our website does not ask you to create a password to browse, and there is no online payment on this site.

Our hosting provider may record technical logs such as the pages you opened and your approximate region, purely to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

We use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare wholesale quotations, arrange delivery or pickup, and to keep records of what was ordered. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

When you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, your message is handed to WhatsApp along with the product list you chose to send. WhatsApp applies its own privacy policy to that conversation. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call or email us instead.

This site stores your enquiry list in your own browser using local storage, so your product list survives a page reload. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us until you choose to send it. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as they are needed to service your business and to meet tax and record-keeping requirements. If you ask us to delete your details and no record is legally required, we will remove them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us on the details on the contact page and we will respond as soon as we can during business hours.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Wholesale buyers should re-read it before placing an order.
